Returns & Refund
At A5 Unique, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items.
If you change your mind and the item is unused and in its original condition, you can receive a full refund within 30 days* with your proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email or order number.
- Please note that certain items, such as bespoke items clearly marked as 'non-returnable' within the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page, cannot be returned unless they are faulty/damaged or sent in error.
We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us at the price you purchased them, excluding the delivery charge. To obtain a Returns Note and Number, you must fill out our online form or call Customer Services on 07501 916 390.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, with the Returns Note enclosed, at your own cost. Please ensure that the section containing the returns address is securely taped to the outside of your packaging, as returns will not be accepted if any labels are stuck directly onto the product packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is faulty/damaged, please contact us to arrange for collection once the item is packaged up and ready. Alternatively, you may return the item at your own expense.
If goods are returned due to a fault, they will be tested, and if faulty, a replacement will be issued. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a full refund before placing a new order (delivery charges may apply).
For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service and obtaining a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds will be made only to the original method of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed if the original account details have expired or no longer exist. Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days of receiving the item back.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, particularly any right you have to return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Under this legislation, you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund, excluding bespoke items marked as 'non-returnable'. To cancel, please email info@a5unique.com, call 07501 916 390, use our contact form, or reach out via Whatsapp chat, providing your order number, name, address, order details, and contact information.
You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to 14 days after you take possession of the goods. Please make it clear that you are canceling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Please ensure you take reasonable care of the goods, as we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling by you.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 30 days of cancellation, following our returns procedure. We will reimburse you within 14 days from receiving the goods, including the standard cost of delivery for the goods only.
