Refunds are provided for items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds cover the monetary value of the returned items at the price paid, excluding delivery charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the goods are faulty. - Processing Refunds:

Under this legislation, you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund, excluding bespoke items marked as 'non-returnable'. To cancel, please email info@a5unique.com, call 07501 916 390, use our contact form, or reach out via Whatsapp chat, providing your order number, name, address, order details, and contact information.
You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to 14 days after you take possession of the goods. Please make it clear that you are canceling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Please ensure you take reasonable care of the goods, as we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling by you.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 30 days of cancellation, following our returns procedure. We will reimburse you within 14 days from receiving the goods, including the standard cost of delivery for the goods only.
